After such a long time, Dell has launched two new models in their Inspiron series laptops. The new models are named as Inspiron 14R and Inspiron 15R. This post will cover 15R series which offers four different models to chose from with price range of 31,900 Rs to 42,900 Rs. So there is a notebook for the low budget and the mid-high budget as well. The model name 15R is originated from the 15.6-inch widescreen HD display. It’s available in four different colors. The best part is the use of Intel Core i3 and i5 latest processors for the faster performance.

never buy this dell inspiron 15r new laptop its worthless.it cant play any games and its a hanging machine.it also does not support full screen games almost all games dont come in fullscreen.it doesnt have 1280*768 resolution which negative for gaming.poor performance.never buy.if u will buy it then its better u throw ur money into dustbin.

hey dont spread wrong notions about this laptop. i own one with core i3 350 2.26ghz, 3gb ram, 1gb ati 5470. and i have played nfs shift n most wanted, batman arkham asylum, colin dirt2 and COD modern warfare 2 at medium settings and in full screen.

Inspiron 15r new laptop is good for multimedia for listening songs an watching movies otherwise its worthless
the major drawback of the product is multimedia keys on top of F1, F2, F3,F4 buttons
not good for software developers , to prees F1, F2, F3,F4 , F5 , F10 AND F11 buttons, need to hold “function Fn” button .
Its great laptop and worth buying, one of the best Dell Laptops in India.
Games can be played fluently in medium settings without any problem with ATI 5470 1GB card,since a friend of mine own this who is game freak.I have ordered the red colour one with i5 processor and 1GB card .waiting for the devlivery it may took 2 week since red colour is on demand. hope its gonna rockkk.

I recently bought Dell Inspiron 15R model laptop with Intel Core i3 M380 2.53GHz CPU, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 512MB Graphics Card with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit installed.. and since I got it I have never used it properly. On very first day WiFi of this machine has started creating trouble. Next day I got it corrected from the dealer and I was told that drivers were not correct, but after just 2 hours it started hanging up frequently without any heavy load or software etc. Next day machine was diagnosed by the dealer and some issues were found and I got new machine with same configuration after 4 days. This machine is having one issue and that is worst for me or everyone else..It’s hanging up frequently doesn’t matter whatever you are doing. I would like to know whether this series of laptop produced by Dell is having manufacturing issue or what??? I am a Web Developer and sometimes I use to play games etc. on my PC but I hav’nt tried games on this machine yet…plz suggest what should I do now.??

dell inspiron 15 r has a seagate hard disk which normally has 3 years warranty but dell does not replace even if it gets faulty just after theit 1 year warranty period. my laptop hard disk became faulty within 15 months of my purchase now they are charging nearly Rs. 11000 for replacement of hard disk which is available in the market for Rs. 3000 only. therefore i will never recommend a dell laptop to any one.
